(Deposit is non-refundable unless the vet determines the pup to be unhealthy before placement with the new family.  (Registration papers/health check and first shot certifications will be provided at the time of the placement.)

One Year Health Guarantee for replacement of a like pup (upon availability) is provided by seller if a life-threatening genetic birth defect is determined by both the buyer’s and the seller’s vets during the pup’s first year and pup has been properly cared for.
Limited 72 hour Health Guarantee: Pup has had a health check from my vet.  If your vet determines the pup to have a health problem which makes it a poor health risk, the buyer’s vet should contact the seller’s vet for confirmation and a like replacement pup will be provided upon availability and under the following conditions:

1.  Buyer’s vet will certify that pup has not been exposed to changing temperatures or unstable weather conditions.  Warm, dry bedding and housing have been provided.  There has been no exposure to other sick animals.  Pup has been properly fed only Eukanuba Puppy food (Lamb and Rice) with adequate water supply.  Pup has been handled properly and not dropped or injured .                                                                                                 
2.  A signed statement from the vet stating a full description of the symptoms and medical explanation for the unsound determination and the certifications required in #1  must be presented to the seller along with all registration and purchase documents on the day of the examination by the buyer’s vet.

3.  The seller is not responsible for any costs incurred by the buyer.  The seller is not responsible for landlord disapproval of pets, family disagreements, allergic reactions, etc.  Seller will provide the most reliable information and family history of the pup that is known at the time of purchase.  However, no full guarantee is given regarding the size, color, disposition, or ability to breed or show this pup.

4.  Buyer agrees to provide adequate food (puppy food for at least 9-11 months), water, exercise - area with fenced yard (highly encouraged) or use of leash, and correct and complete socialization for this pup; small toy-sized pups will be monitored properly for low sugar and receive additional vitamins and general care; a change to another brand of puppy food for any pup will only be completed on a gradual basis under the advice of the buyer’s vet or this contract is null and void.

5.  Seller is released of all personal/kennel liability at the time of the purchase.
