BELOW ARE PICTURES OF SOME OF OUR TWIN OAK SCHNAUZERS WITH THEIR NEW FAMILIES!
This is the Prudhomes and their Schnauzers at MY home territory - Destin, FL.
After visiting with us, they adoped their black girl and also, her sister for Sarah's parents. During this visit at Twin Oaks, they met 3-year old 'Lil Joe'. He is the salt and pepper boy in these photos. His new life is proof that you can teach a male dog anything. This gentleman adjusted to his new family and is a wonderful 'inside' pet too. Many thanks to this family and kuddos for a good job!
Joe was very special to me and I am so glad he is happy and on good behavior... :)
Allison was glad to get her new puppy Sally at Christmas time! Below is a pic of Sally all grown up. And a note from her
mom!
Ceasar and Taressa are best friends in my hometown of Freeport, Florida.
This is Miles. His southern MS family fell totally in love with him at first site. His mom picked him from a basket full of b/s pups. They claim he is so smart he will fetch his balls by their color...way to go Miles!
Dear Diane,
Here is a picture of me and Callie. She is truly my little angel and she is very sociable. Everyone in the apartment complex (where we live) knows Callie and I am, you know, just her owner. She is such a stealer of attention. LOL. Anyway, she is my heart and we have started jogging and she is getting very muscular. While jogging, if I take a short cut through the grass she goes out of her way to go on the sidewalk. She is the joy of my life. ...Sarah Burkhalter
This is Dylan and Tigger.
We love Tigger. The children get jealous when he pays attention to one and not the other. So glad I finally got talked into getting him - really enjoy
him. If I listen to Stephen we would get another soon.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to you and your family...Lori Tooke
AND LATER.....
The Tooke family adopted 'Tigger' above for Dylan and his sister, but they couldn't quite get a four-way share of him. So later they returned and Dad got his new pup -Gauge. Kids were told
hands off - he's mine.
'Jack' and his family are from Jacksonville, Fl. They picked him out on-line from a litter of Tessa's liver partis and picked him up during their holidays..."he's a wonderful pup".
This is little Bella also known as 'Liebchen'. Bob Gull of Bay St. Louis thinks this little girl is the bell of his life. She protects him and makes every step he does.
The Johnson family from Baton Rouge loves their little boy. Dad picked him out of the whole litter too. 'Beanie" is learning to be a good little boy and has filled their life with fun things to do with him. A note from them is below.....
Lanet and Kathy Buffington are part of our church family. They went all the way and each chose a Schnauzer. Sassy and Chance make their home with them in Chopin, LA. Love and fun came in pairs!..and these pups have a loving and caring home!
Michelle Lillie with Filet' and Etoufee'. She
lost Etouffe' in a terrible accident and returned to Twin Oaks to find
another boy for her home and a new brother for Filet' - none other
than Tabasco. He is pictured below.
Her boys are well loved!
Thanks Michelle!
This is Jenny and Scruffy. Jenny's mom returned to Twin Oaks and adopted herself a brother - Sam.
They have play time together.
This is Dusty. He owns (ha) our good friends - Sandra and Gladys Jones in Freeport, Fl. He is such a good boy that they take him just about everywhere they go. Sandra puts him in the
basket on her mom's scooter and off they go to flea markets and craft shows. He draws a bigger crowd than the vendors sometimes, according to them. :)
Dear Diane,
You may or may not remember me but I adopted a little schnauzer girl from you a few years ago. I just wanted to let you know what an incredible addition she has been to our family. At 12 lbs, she's got more spunk of any animal I've ever known. I've enclosed a few pictures of her for you. Her name is Macy Gracie. Thanks for being such an incredible breeder!

Hi Mrs. Diane, this is Valerie Taylor. I was just writing to send you some pictures and let you know that Charlie and I are doing wonderful. He is just the best dog ever! His potty training went very well, and he is fully potty trained now. He is so smart and loving. I have attached some pictures, the pictures don't justify his cuteness, ha! hope you
and your family had a good Christmas and Holidays!.....Valerie
Hi Mrs. Diane,
This is Brittany O'Neal. Just wanted to send you a picture of Baxter and Sophie. They are so spoiled and we love them very much. They are 8
months old and doing great. Sophie is still real petite and Baxter is a
lil' chunk. They both graduated from puppy obedience school at pet
smart. They play with each other constantly. Thank you so much for
raising such great dogs. Will send more pictures as their life with us
unfolds. Just wanted to let you know how they are doing and that they
are very loved. Hope all is well.
Brittany and Brenda O'Neal
Hi Diane! It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch and I apologize. Time just flies! I just wanted to let you know that Sally is doing great! She’s a fun pup that loves everyone. She’s full of energy, but does calm down at the end of the day and she likes to lay on the couch next to me or lay in Scott’s lap in his recliner. She’s probably around 9 lbs. now. Thanks again for breeding such a great dog!
Jennifer White, Magnolia, AR
Diane,
I am sorry it has taken so long to get pictures of Caesar to you. Our whole lifestyle has changed since we got this sweet little dog, and we have the best time with him. He doesn't know he is a dog, either. Our three kids and daughter-in-law just love him also. They call him and leave him messages on the answering machine, since they don't live at home with us. He has brought such fun, joy, and laughter into our lives! He is such a little mess and keeps us on our toes. Caesar loves to go with us places and is such a good travler.
He was house trained in only a few days, believe it or not. He only used the paper to urinate on about twice. He held the stool. That still boggles my mind. He holds it from about 7:00 A.M. until I get home around 4:30 P.M. or 5:00. He refuses to use paper or a pad and will not go in the house. He is absolutely the best little thing we have ever seen. He has the best disposition of any dog I have ever been around. Even in the hotel in June, there were NO accidents (away from home). You just could not ask for a more perfect pet. About the second day I had gotten Caesar from you Diane, he went to my kitchen door and jumped up to the macrame hanger (with large bells on it) and bumped it. I heard it ring a couple of times and went to see what was ringing the bells. I took him outside wondering if he was trying to let me know that he needed to go out to use the bathroom. That was it. From that day forward, he has rung the bells to go outside to use the bathroom. He trained us.
I want to thank you again for Caesar. He has been a treasure for our whole family! I hope you can tell that we dearly love and adore Caesar, and that he has a good home. He is absolutely precious. I even have his picture on my classroom wall at school with pictures of my family. He is part of us. We always consider him when we make family plans now. Let me know sometime when you are going to be at your mother's, and I will bring him by to see you.
Thanks again, Tareesa
Hi, Diane
Beanie is doing so very well. He is such a doll. The vet checked him out thoroughly and she said he is doing great. BUT with that said...he is the most loving, sweetest dog I have ever been around. He is very smart and has been training so easily. I wish I could broadcast to the world what a fine animal he is. He is already sleeping from 11 at night in his crate next to my bed until 7 in the morning. In the morning I take him out right away, we go outside and he potties immediately and then we start our day. Take care. ...Judy
P.S. You deserve so much acknowledgement for the commitment you have to the care of your dogs and the support you give others. Judy

This central Louisiana family with their new 'Sophie'. They lost their first Schnauzer to a terrible accident. Decorative sea shells were on the coffee table and she ate some. Remember no grapes, raisins, chocolate and now add sea shells to your list of no-no's. They were really glad to get their new baby and start some new Schnauzer memories!
See Sophie below -
quite a girl!
The Jowers family from Alexandria stole my little "Penney". .ha.. I was saving her for myself and they just had to have her. She is now 'Cammie' and is a great playmate for their kids and Yorkie. 'Cammie'
is a very pretty girl - see her below. I hear that a Schnauzer is such a better family pet....I could have vouched for that! sorry Yorkie lovers there is room for both...
Some comments from happy homes!
Diane,
Bre and 'Sparky' are a very good match. He loves to cuddle and Bre loves to cuddle him. She has rocked him to sleep, read him a book and I found him in her bed last night!! They were asleep all snuggled up, neither woke up when I put him in his crate. He is right at home. Already barking and tugging on the tail of my housecoat. We keep the bedroom doors closed (only rooms with carpet!!) so he is free to roam. Thanks so much for this sweet baby.......the Cheneverts of Alexandria, LA
Hello Diane,
Just wanted to drop a note to let you know that baby Chelbie is doing great!! She has already brought a lot of smiles to my family and friends. They all think she is such a wonderful puppy. She does have a wonderful personality. Sleeps all night and doing great with her potty training. She stays right with me and has brought so much happiness already. Thanks, Kayla Hebert
The Kuwat family adopted 2 pups from Twin Oaks. Here is what they had to say:
We went to the vet and they said they have never seen such beautifully healthy pups--they were a huge hit! Thank you again for all that you have done to enrich our lives with these little angels! I am in LOVE! :)
Hi Mrs. Beebe,
We just wanted to thank you for being so understanding and accomodating with us during this process. We ABSOLUTLY love Nicky and Abbey!! Our family is complete now.
Everyone is getting along extremely well. Abbey and Nicky fight & wrestle to the point of exhaustion. They are so cute & very funny. Renegade (great Dane) has been playing the big brother role quite nicely. When they start growling at each other Renegade feels he needs to step in to settle them down. We promise to keep to up to date on their growth and progress. Thanks again, Shelly Hall of Alexandria.
Below is a a letter of recommendation sent by Jeanette to Jenny about the Twin Oaks pups she and her daughter's boss purchased -
Hello Jennifer,
I understand you are interested in a little Schnauzer puppy! Congratulations!
My little girl, Delta, was a year old in August and she is the love of my life. I don't know what I ever did without her. I do believe these puppies have to be the most intelligent dog I have ever been around. I am amazed every day at Delta and all she has learned in these fourteen months. Not only is she smart, she is so clean and never smells like other dogs I've been around.
One other thing I want to tell you, my daughter works for a law firm in Dallas and one of her bosses got two Schnauzer's from Diane. That is how we learned of her and her puppies. Believe me it will be worth your time to make the drive and you'll be holding your puppy all the way back home. I highly recommend Diane to you.
Sincerely, Jeanette Underwood

Debra Lyles lost her lst girl from us and now she has 2 new babies to bring lots of joy. Thank you Debra for choosing Twin Oaks again. We appreciate the wonderful home you provide for your pups - Pictured:
Rocky Road and Rosey Posie.
Jessa and Mom, Dawanna, are family that came by for a vitsit and saw toy-sized baby
"Casey". Needless to say Casey went home with them and now owns them all and rules from her throne - Daddy Neals' lap. They are dog lovers and have several, but Casey gets lots of special love and attention.
The Pritchards love Schnauzers too. One wasn't enough, they came back and adopted the little white girl pup too. Thanks for opening your heart and home to Twin Oak pups!
Allison Bynog and her new pet - Jet. He is a beautiful boy and they are great dog lovers. Their dogs are like their children too. They had a Schnauzer and adopted both Jet and my Zoe that is retired. They then introduced several of their friends and families to our pups and three more of Twin Oaks babies now have wonderful new homes....Thanks Mandy and family for giving us such a great reference as Jet and helping our other pups find homes of their own.
Buster Vance raises champion bloodhounds, but he decided to suprise his wife Amy, with a little something smaller.....Here is what happened!
Hi Diane!
I have to apologize for not sending these earlier. I love my little baby sooo much - he is just perfect. Buster really out-did himself with this one. He couldn't have given me a better present. I named him Hoby (Buster's nickname from high school). Hoby has taken over our household. He comes to work with me most of the time and has become quiet popular at the Marshals Service! He has the best little personality - his character is just priceless. He's my little man!! Anyway - here are some long over due pictures - more to come!!
Amy
Gizmo with Karen Ducote. Karen and Shane are nurses at Rapides General. Karen was about to deliver their baby girl on their lst visit to Twin Oaks and lost our name and address. Later they found us again and came to purchase a small Mini-Schnauzer until they saw this tiny toy - liver parti boy. And that is the end of the story...Gizmo became their new babyboy. They live on a golf course and Gizmo greets every golfer passing by.....
Hi Diane,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Here are some pictures of Cole a.k.a Smokey @ 5 months. He is such a good dog...we love him sooooo much! Thanks again for our pup :)
Sincerely,
Holland & Ryan
This is a Shelly and Diego pup. Look at that coat!
More Comments from Happy Homes!
Well, everywhere we go we bring Hoby with us. We have told so many people of your web-site, the latest being one of the Petrus Boys at the feed store today. He seemed really interested. Hoby has been some really good advertisment for you. He is well accepted by everyone and he accepts everyone. Today he worked a half of day at the US Marshals Service, came home for lunch, went to Petrus feed store for some chicken feed, and then went to Livestock Supply. On the way home, we delivered some eggs on School House Road. He ate dinner around 6 and turned in at around 8 tonight as Amy was rocking him to sleep. He is SPOILED ROTTEN. He doesn't even know he's a dog.
We love him to death,
Buster
Michelle's new boy - Tobasco.
The Jarnigan family of Oakdale, LA are enjoying their new Christmas puppy, Marley, from Sally and Jag. "We love her and she has made a wonderful addition to our family. Thanks, Scarlett."
Other new families with Twin Oaks' Schnauzer Pups in 2009!
Shirley and Ted Harris, Deridder, LA, adopted their 'Ms. Lulu Belle' at Christmas. We have come to love and appreciate this family so much that I would love to adopt them! Once in a while someone comes along that lives their life with such warmth, kindness and understanding - and only look for the good in life - that we are reminded of Christ's love for us. They have trully blessed me.
To all of you - I hope 2010 will be a year of renewed friendships, loving families memories and a blessed relationship with our creator.
The Reeves family adopted a pup for Camryn and Rylan.
Being the foot ball lovers they are, the pups names are Brees and Romo. Thanks selecting two of Twin Oaks' pups!!!
"Romo" is taking a nap with Rylan before he leaves for his new home.
